As a reminder, in accordance with the Energy Policy Act of 2005, the start and end dates of Daylight Saving Time (DST) have changed. The start of DST was changed from the first Sunday in April to the second Sunday in March, and the end of DST will be extended from the last Sunday in October to the first Sunday in November. Therefore, DST will end on November 4, 2007. Clearing firms are strongly encouraged to ensure that their systems will properly recognize the revised dates of DST in all clearing, bookkeeping, and message based applications.
